Birmingham City Council Community Safety Team is seeking suitably qualified and experienced organisations to join a new framework of providers delivering youth-focused interventions aimed at preventing and reducing harm, violence, exploitation and associated risks affecting children and young people across Birmingham.

Why Join the Framework?

Joining the framework will provide access to future commissioning opportunities, support stronger partnership working and enable organisations to be considered for contracts as they arise. The proposed procurement will establish a framework of providers to deliver a range of youth services interventions aimed at preventing and reducing serious violence. Services will focus on early intervention, targeted support and specialist provision targeted at safeguarding children and young people from harm. This will be an Open Framework under PA23.

Important Information

Organisations wishing to be considered for future contracts are strongly encouraged to join the framework. In most circumstances, only organisations successfully admitted to the framework will be invited to participate in future call-off opportunities. Providers that are not on the framework are unlikely to be considered for future contracts commissioned through this route.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from charities, CICs, CIOs, social enterprises, and other suitably constituted organisations with experience of working with children and young people.
